This is a MODCHART. The notes you will be playing are displayed in the background video itself rather than displayed by the game. By doing some video editing, this allows one to make some really wacky things happen that Project Heartbeat itself doesn't have any support for.

Only PlayStation icons with clock arms will be used in the video as it is probably the most commonly used visual setup. Sorry Xbox, Nintendo, and arrow icon users.

(Pretty much) Required:
Make sure video downloading is ENABLED
Make sure videos are ENABLED
If prompted, download both video and audio (NOT audio only)

Recommended:
Set background dimming to 0%
Disable using visualizer with videos
Enable lyrics

Also warning: depending on your computer/setup, any chart you play may have desynchronization between audio and video. This is (probably) an issue with Project Heartbeat and (probably) isn't just because of this chart. The effect is most noticeable on modcharts like this where the video always has to be in sync with the audio and in-game note timings.

I'm pretty sure I sync'd up the audio to the video nearly perfectly, but that's a sample size of one. If there is desync (either by me or the game) and it is bad enough, the video will be out of sync with the audio and note timings, making this modchart painful to play. Unfortunately, I don't know of any easy fix for this. Apologies in advance if this happens to you.

This modchart is based off of Seija Kijin's boss fight in Touhou 14. Her gimmick is that she flips and rotates the screen while you dodge hundreds of bullets. In this modchart, the game will flip and rotate similarly, so remember what's happened when doing multi notes, double notes, and slide notes!
