Happy Cirno day! I managed to finish this in 3 days to get it out in time for Cirno day which is September 9 (09/09).

The multi notes during the "baka, baka!" parts are supposed to mimic the movements of the icicles that Cirno is firing at the Touhou characters.

As the song name suggests, it was created in celebration of the 9th anniversary of the original Cirno's Perfect Math Class. I charted the original version as well, and you can check that out at https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2468224874.
