Shrek but it's a chart of the whole movie (READ DESCRIPTION)

Charted by King Harkinian

Description

Yes, it's a chart of the entire Shrek movie from 2001. All 90 minutes, including end credits. Why? Because it's a meme.
And no, this chart does not include the movie for obvious reasons. You can play the chart like this. It's just that you'll be playing to a blank video for the full duration. No sound and no visuals.
If you want to add a decent video to this chart, follow these instructions.

INSTRUCTIONS TO ADD VIDEO

The way this works is that you're going to replace the video and audio that the chart normally retrieves with your own. This is a going to be a bit technical and you might need to figure some things out on your own.

1
Subscribe to this chart, and make Project Heartbeat download the media for it. After it's done, it's a good idea to close the game.

2
You'll need a legitimately acquired copy of Shrek (2001). If you don't have one then you should definitely, absolutely, positively purchase a copy, definitely.
A video of the full 90 minutes and 4 seconds (including the fade-in/out of the company logo at the beginning/ending) is recommended because that's probably the one I used when creating the chart. Using a different length will likely lead to extreme desync with the notes.

3
You're going to need a way to take a video file and split it into a muted MP4 video and OGG audio. This is because Project Heartbeat stores these 2 separately. There are multiple ways to do this. FFmpeg, or maybe a video editor. Use whatever works.
If you use FFmpeg (like I did, so I recommend this), then you're probably technical enough to know how to use or adapt these commands:

ffmpeg -i movie.mp4 -c copy -an video.mp4
ffmpeg -i movie.mp4 -vn -acodec libvorbis -y audio.ogg

4
Rename the MP4 and OGG files you created in step 3 to be the following:
Video MP4:
 7XwDh7pPOrE.mp4
Audio OGG:
 7XwDh7pPOrE.ogg

5
Move the files into Project Heartbeat's ytdl cache and replace when prompted. This will replace the media that Project Heartbeat downloaded with the one you just made in step 3.
On Windows, you can find this folder in
 %appdata%/Project Heartbeat/youtube_dl/cache

6
Congratulations. You can now play the chart as it was intended. Launch the game, make sure you have video enabled in the game settings and chart settings, then you can start.

ISSUES

I'll admit it now, this chart can be rough for several reasons.

- It's a 90 minute chart. Errors are bound to happen and go unnoticed.
- In the future, the game may prefer to download a WEBM, meaning you'll have to either create a muted WEBM instead, or manually tweak the entry for `7XwDh7pPOrE` in `yt_cache.json` to look for an MP4.
- The game isn't to handle such a long video. While playing, you might find that the video will start to desync from the audio over time (dependent on machine and video editor/FFmpeg settings used), getting worse the further into the chart you are. The audio will probably still be in-time with the notes but it might be jarring to look at the video. Pausing and unpausing may fix it briefly.
- The editor is also not built to handle such a long video. Aside from the extreme slowness, the audio waveform was no longer in sync with the actual audio past a certain point, so a lot had to be done by ear and feel.
- When there isn't a song prominently playing in the movie, the chart goes off of dialogue. It's weird to place notes to speech (usually at 156 BPM) and I find that it's not intuitive to play and keep time to it. Don't expect to perfect this chart.

CONCLUSION

Finally, after about 80 hours over 2.5 months on this behemoth of a chart, here it is. Over 19000 timing points. All of them (except for most of the lyrics) placed by me. Despite the editor becoming super slow and crashing a few times as the chart continued to grow, I powered through for Shrek. I hope you enjoy.
