The World Doesn't Change So Easy from 428 Shibuya Scramble.

This is my first chart, so I kinda guessed the diffculty rating. If you have any feedback (especially on the difficulty) please let me know, as I might go on to make more charts in the future and that will help massively. I am also willing to revise this chart if there are any egregious mistakes I wasn't aware of (hopefully there aren't).
